- an independently certified NICEIC certificate, a new bathroom with walk in shower, several partially glazed Victorian style doors, a repair and partial render of the chimney and finally a new fine concrete floor for the rear court yard.

To top it all off, the whole house was given a fresh coat of paint throughout and an independent flooring specialist was called in to refurbish the original ground floor floorboards.

In all the project took around eight week to complete in total, which was a surprising amount of work undertaken in a reasonably short period of time, the customer is thrilled with the results, and all at PJB were over the moon to finally have an internal project with central heating for the coldest few months of the year.
PJB were called to undertake a complete refurbishment at this two bedroom terrace property in Peverell, like most of the properties in the area it has stood for approximately 100 years and was in need of a renovation throughout.

The customer was very keen to remove the remnants of years of old unsightly painted wallpaper, in favour of a fresh coat of plaster and a complete redecoration throughout the house.

Additional work undertaken included; the replacement of two Gyproc ceilings and complete refurbishment of several old Artex covered ceilings, new flooring in the loft, the design and construction of a bespoke room divider comprising two partially glazed hardwood doors and a softwood frame between the lounge and dining room, a complete electrical rewire with -
