A lovely little project for truly wonderful customers, it started with a simple repair and makeover of the main house but it extended into a complete refurbishment of the garage as well,

The house makeover started with - power washing and a good fungicide treatment to the Tyrollean surface to ensure the building was free of mould or any organic growth, the repair of a few minor cracks allowed us to give the property four coats of 15 year external paint.

The garage was scarred all over with stone cutting equipment and the walls were then overlaid with expanding metal lath and mechanically fixed to the surface.

The whole garage was rendered with two 12mm coats of waterproof sand and cement and then finally painted to match the main house.
