Plymouth based project

Another old terraced house but this time in the Lipson narrows area, this job entailed the complete refurbishment of the top floor, three bedrooms, landing stairs and hallway; to include re-plastering every wall, a new lighting and socket circuits as well as the installation of 4 new radiators to serve the hall and bedrooms with decoration throughout.

We were lucky to meet Mr David just over a year ago when we completed the ground floor refurbishment of the utility room, kitchen, dining room front room and some external rendering to the rear of the property. At that time we also upgrade the

ground floor central heating system and installed new lighting and socket circuits to the kitchen and the rest of the ground floor.

We were now back to complete the rest of the property, no easy task when you have two people still living in it and a huge task to complete within a five week deadline.

But the staff of PJB Building and property maintenance set too and knocked it into shape, I am not saying it was easy but we did it within the deadline and budget. We even found an old cast iron fireplace hidden in the bedroom so we constructed a traditional fire surround just to bring it back to life, raised the sockets in the office for easy access, much to the appreciation of the family.
